Computer Operations
This mission of Computer Operations is to provide comprehensive management and support to all operations regarding the campus Data Centers.
The Goals of Computer Operations are:
- Plan, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Data Centers.
- Provide guidance and support for Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Application Developers in deploying and documenting systems in the Data Centers.
- Create and implement a master plan for the main Data Center, to include growth of the center and increased needs for space and load.
