Scholarships
To apply for any of the scholarships listed below, complete the Scholarship Application and return it to the Department of Mathematics office located in the Boyd Building.
Chatty Pittman Scholarship: $800 in 2013
David Cooley Scholarship: $500 in 2013
Dr. Georgia Martin Scholarship: $1,600 in 2013
Vachel Davis Whatley, Jr. Scholarship: $500 in 2013
Marion Crider Award: Three Awards of $1,300 each in 2013
Mrs. Jewell Miles Burson Calculus Award: $500 in 2013
Receiving a Math Department scholarship does not prevent you from getting other scholarships like HOPE.
Application Deadlines
Last business day of January for:
- Marion Crider Award
- Mrs. Jewell Miles Burson Calculus Award
First business day of March for all others.
