During Spring Semester 2015 the Departments of Economics and Marketing/Real Estate will be sponsoring a study abroad course which includes a trip to Prague (Czech Republic), Vienna (Austria) and Budapest (Hungary) during spring break (March 13-22).
The academic themes of the program will be the path to economic development for transition economies and approaches to marketing in Europe. In addition to visiting a number of businesses, we will also tour such sites as the Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, St. Stephan’s Cathedral in Vienna and the Royal Castle and St. Stephens Basilica in Budapest. A cultural highlight of the trip will be a dinner cruise on the Danube. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students.
Credit for up to six hours can be earned by participating in this program:
ECON-4485 (3 hrs.) and/or MKTG-4885 (3 hrs.) for undergraduate students and ECON-6485 and/or MKTG-6881 for graduate students.
