How to Appeal a Ticket
For University of West Georgia students, staff, and faculty
1. Go to https://parking.westga.edu to access online ticket appeals.
2. Click View My Parking Account
3. Log-In with your University of West ID and Password
4. Your parking tickets are displayed on the right. Click the Ticket Number to view ticket detail and access appeal functionality.
5. Click the Appeal Ticket button.
6. Confirm your email address and enter your reason for appeal. You can include four attachments.
7. Click Request Appeal to submit your appeal request.
8. Click Logout at the top right of the page to log yourself out of the parking web application.
9. UWG students, staff, and faculty can also use the procedures listed for non-University students, staff and faculty.
10. There is no hearing to attend.
11. You will receive an email informing you of the final appeal decision.

For non-University of West Georgia students, staff, faculty
1. Go to https://parking.westga.edu
2. Click the Lookup A Ticket button.
3. Enter your Ticket # and Plate #. Do not enter the state.
4. Click the Appeal Ticket button.
13. Fill in your Name, Address, Email and enter your reason for appeal in the boxes provided. You can include four attachments.
5. Click Request Appeal to submit your appeal request.
6. Close your web browser when finished.
7. There is no hearing to attend.
8. You will receive an email informing you of the final appeal decision.
