Shuttle Information
The campus shuttle system operates whenever classes are in session. These air-conditioned buses carry up to 45 passengers (sitting and standing) on regularly scheduled routes. Several buses are handicap accessible and all are radio equipped. Depending on the time of day, between one and five shuttles are in operation. There are 5 routes: the BLUE and the RED, TLC Express, Tyus Express and one off campus apartment shuttle. Everyone is encouraged to utilize the shuttle system. Parking in one of the perimeter lots and riding the shuttle to class and work will save you time, fuel, and lessen your stress level compared to roaming the campus looking for a parking space. Using the shuttle is also a more efficient use of University resources and more friendly to the environment.
For safety reasons, buses stop only at designated bus stops to pick up riders. There will be no ice cream, open drinks, or eating on the buses.
