Purchasing Office Supplies
Currently, there is a non-mandatory statewide contract for office supplies with Staples. Supply purchases from this vendor are not subject to bid. (If the University spends more than $5,000 within a fiscal year). The link for purchasing from Staples is: http://www.stapleslink.com/ They usually deliver within 24 hours.
Purchases made at Staples where the price of the item is less than the statewide contract price(e.g. holiday sale, etc.) need not be formally documented.
Purchases made from other sources where the price of the item is less than the statewide contract price should be documented (screenshot of statewide contract price along with like-for-like item sku, description, and cost.)
Below is a listing of local vendors for your consideration. We have negotiated discount pricing with all of them. It is most advantageous to compare prices and obtain the best value. Please note that any purchase greater than $5,000 (other than from the Staples contract) is subject to bid. Deliveries for all vendors should be directed to Central Warehouse at the below address:
