Registration begins for Spring Semester for currently enrolled 

Open Registration for Spring Semester begins; Ends Jan. 13

Registration goes down at midnight Dec 9 for internal processing. No adjustments can be made to registration during this period. Registration reopens at 8:00 am on Dec 13.  

Fee payment deadline for On-Time/Early Registration Spring Semester - 6:00 PM

Spring Session I classes begin  

Drop/add – non-eCore classes dropped during the drop/add period will receive a refund of paid funds.

Drop period (with refund) continues  through January 18th at noon for non-eCore courses.  Banweb registration down at noon – midnight January 18th.

Financial aid freeze at noon. Note: federal regulation prohibits financial aid to be adjusted for courses added after the official freeze date.

Final fee payment at 6:00 pm. Students with account balances of $300 or more will have their schedules dropped for non-payment at 6:00 pm.  Students with account balances of $299.99 or less will not be dropped from courses but will have a hold added to their record which prevents participation in future registrations and receipt of transcripts.  It is the student’s responsibility to withdraw from courses if they have a balance of $299.99 or less.

Withdrawal "W" period begins. Students who withdraw from a class between Jan 19 and Feb 1 receive a grade of W.

Session I Ends - Last day of classes and finals

Spring 2013 Graduation (Time & details TBA)
