2-Bedroom / 1 bath= $2,700 (limited availability)
Advanced Academy – Gunn Hall
Double Occupancy= $2,050
Single Occupancy= $2,562.50*
Greek Village
Double Bedroom= $2,350
Small Single Bedroom= $2,400
Large Single Bedroom= $2,500
Traditional Residence Halls (Bowdon, Boykin, Downs**, Strozier, Watson)
Double Occupancy= $1,950
**Downs Hall Renovated Wing= $2,050
Single Occupancy= $2,562.50*

Tyus Hall
4-Person suite (T1)= $1,825
2-Person (T2)= $1,950
2-Person suite with small Living Room (T3)= $1,975
5-Person suite with small single bedroom (T4)= $2,125
5-Person suite with Large bedroom (T5)= $2,300
University Suites – Suites 1, 2 and 3
Double Suite= $2,150
Single Suite= $2,400
* Single Occupancy spaces in traditional halls may be available on a limited basis after the consolidation period at a rate of $2,562.50/semester.
Application Fee (non-refundable)= $150 for all new applicants
Social Fee (charged to all on campus residents except Greek Village residents due to Parlor Fee)= $20 per semester.
Special Interest Housing Fee (assessed to members of Living Learning Communities, Thematic Housing, etc)=$20 per semester in addition to the Social Fee.
