University Suites
Double Occupancy (4 person suite) = $2,550.00

Traditional Residence Halls (Watson & Strozier Complex)
Double Occupancy = $2,050.00
Greek Village
Double Occupancy = $2,450.00
Small Single = $2,700.00
Large Single = $2,800.00
Tyus Hall
(T1) 4 person suite = $2,050.00
(T2) 2 person suite = $2,100.00
(T3) 2 person suite with small living room = $2,150.00
(T4) 5 person suite - small bedroom = $2,200.00
(T5) 5 person suite - large bedroom = $2,400.00
Application Fee (non refundable) = $150 for all new applicants
Social Fee (charged to all on campus residents except for Greek Village residents due to Parlor Fee) = $20
Special Interest Housing Fee (assessed to members of Living Learning Communities, Thematic Housing, etc) = $20
