Greek Village

Traditional Residence Halls (Bowdon, Boykin, Downs**, Strozier, Watson)
Double Occupancy= $1,850
**Downs Hall Renovated Wing= $1,950 (not available at this time)

Tyus Hall–
4-Person suite (T1)= $1,775
2-Person (T2)= $1,825
2-Person suite with small Living Room (T3)= $1,925
5-Person suite with small single bedroom (T4)= $2,125

University Suites – Suites 1, 2 and 3
Double Suite= $1,975
Single Suite= $2,250
* Single Occupancy spaces in traditional halls may be available on a limited basis after the consolidation period at a rate of $2,775/semester.
** Downs Hall Renovated Wing is currently under construction.
Social Fee (charged to all on campus residents except Greek Village residents due to Parlor Fee)= $20 per semester
Please Note: Contracts are for 10-months, starting with opening and ending with spring move out day.
