Please Note: Contracts are for 10-months, starting with opening and ending with spring move out day.
** Single Occupancy spaces in traditional halls may be available on a limited basis
after the consolidation period at a rate of $2,475/semester
** Reminder, all residents will be assessed a $20.00 social fee at the start of each semester
