Custodial Services
Custodians are responsible for the general cleanliness of the residence halls; a task that can only be accomplished with the cooperation of the students in the halls. While students are responsible for the cleanliness of their rooms, the housekeeping staff cleans bathrooms, showers, hallways, and public lounges. It is important that students aid custodians in keeping their residence hall community clean.
I.D. Cards
Replacement I.D. cards are made in the Card Office on the third floor of the UCC. There is a $20.00 charge for replacing a lost I.D. card. Your I.D. card has many uses. It will be your residence hall outside door key, library card, ticket to athletic events and plays, printing in the computer labs, and official identification during registration, when cashing checks, and when visiting the Health Center. If you purchase a meal plan, your I.D. card will also be your meal ticket. Students are required to carry their I.D. card at all times when on campus.
Laundry Facilities
Each hall has centrally located laundry facilities. Report any laundry facility problems to your RA or RD/RLC.
Post Office/Mailboxes
The University Post Office is located in the University Community Center (UCC) and is a full-service facility. Post Office hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. All residence hall students are assigned a campus post office box in the Student Center Post Office.
