How Do I Complete My Housing Contract?
To complete your Housing Contract, take the following Steps:
1. Log into MyUWG, from there, select the Banweb tab, then:
i. Select Housing Link.
ii. Click on Housing Application
iii. Choose the Fall 2009 Term.
2. When completing your application, you will be able to:
i. Provide the Residence Life office with your room, building and roommate preferences.
ii. If you have a roommate request, you will need to list all names and provide the following information:
a. UWG ID#
b. First name, middle initial and last name
iii. Be sure to answer all of the questions honestly!
3. Once you click the “submit” button, your housing contract will appear.
4. Print and sign the housing contract.
i. If you are under 18 at the time, please sign the contract and have your parent or legal guardian sign the contract as well.
5. Bring your signed contract and $250 deposit to the Campus Center February 2-6, 2009.

How Do I Sign Up?
In order to sign up, you must submit a completed and signed 2009-2010 housing contract.
You can submit the contract to the Residence Life Office at Mandeville Hall.

How do I complete my housing contract?
Log on to MyUWG and click on the Banweb tab. From there, click the Housing Application Link and select your term “Fall 2009.” From there, you will indicate your preferences and submit your preferred roommates (where applicable) name and UWG ID#. Once you have completed the application, print and sign it. You’re all done!
What if I don’t have a printer in my room?
Here are some options that are available to you:
• Print your housing contract in any computer lab on campus.
• Come to the Residence Life Office in Mandeville Hall (Front Campus Drive).
What do I need to bring with me for Room Sign Up?
You will need to bring your UWG ID card (or a state issued photo ID) and your housing contract.
How do I live with my friends?
If you have a friend or a group of friends (up to five students total) who you wish to live with, please read the following information carefully:
As rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis, on your contracts request your preferred roommates and make sure that everyone brings their signed contracts to Residence Life. We will do our best to put all of you in the same room. However, considering we come on a first come first serve basis, all roommate requests may not be honored. Note: We always encourage roommates or groups who wish to live together to come together so all parties can be involved in decisions that may impact your room selection.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once a student has signed and submitted their 2009-2010 Housing Contract, the student must notify the Department of Residence Life by May 1, 2009 in writing to be released from their contractual obligation without penalty. If this deadline is not met, the student is responsible for the full contract and its terms. Please note, the Housing Contract is for the Full Academic Year (August 2009 Opening through May 2010 Closing).
When will you be accepting contracts?
We will be accepting contracts as long as we have spots available. You can still submit your housing contract to the Residence Life Office in Mandeville Hall (open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). We will be happy to provide you with a housing assignment. Please note: your assignment will be made where space is available.
