Completing the Contract
How Do I Complete My Housing Contract?
To complete your Housing Contract, take the following Steps:
1. Click here to access the housing contract (hyperlink to MyUWG please).
i. You will login into MyUWG and click on the Banweb Tab. From there, click the Student Services Tab.
ii. Select Housing Link.
iii. Click on Housing Application
iv. Choose the Summer 2009 Term.
2. When completing your application, you will be able to:
i. Provide the Residence Life office with your room, building and roommate preferences.
ii. If you have a roommate request, you need will need to list to provide the following information:
i. UWG ID#
ii. First name, middle initial and last name
iii. Be sure to answer all of the questions honestly!
3. Once you click the “submit” button, your housing contract will appear.
4. Print and sign the housing contract.
i. If you are under 18 at the time, please sign the contract and have your parent or legal guardian sign the contract as well.
Bring your signed contract and $250 deposit (if applicable) to the Residence Life office. We are open from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
