UWG SACS Accreditation
The University of West Georgia is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. As a member of the Class of 2014 Track B institutions, UWG is preparing for its decennial reaffirmation review. Important dates related to this effort include:
- September 10, 2013 - Compliance Certificate Due
- November 5-8, 2013 - Off-Site Peer Review
- February 14, 2014 - Quality Enhancement Plan Due
- April 1-3, 2014 - On Site Peer-Review
- December 5-9, 2014 (tentative) - Review by the SACSCOC Board of Trustees
