The application deadline is Wednesday, January 22, 2014. The selection committee will review all completed applications and will notify those students who are accepted by Friday, January 31. In some cases, an in-person interview with the program directors will be required as part of the application process. In order to reserve their spot in the program, accepted students will have until Friday, February 21 to pay a $500 deposit. The balance of the program payment ($3,100) will be due by Friday, March 28. All checks should be made out to the University of West Georgia and should be handed in to Ms. Alice Gunter in Cobb Hall 107, during her hours (8 am-12 pm, 1 pm-5 pm). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments.
By completing the application, students agree to pay the deposit and balance if they are accepted. The schedule of refunds for withdrawals is as follows:
withdrawal before March 12: all but $100; withdrawal before April 4: all but $1000; withdrawal on or after April 4: no refund
