Compensatory Time
In preparation for the transition to ADP payroll processing, we are encouraging all employees with accrued compensatory time (comp-time) to use their balances by May 29. If the balances are not used by the 29th, we will pay out any remaining balances in the June 5 paycheck. We will not be accepting any earned comp-time after the current pay period (5/15/2009) until after ADP is implemented. Any time worked in excess of 40 hours will be paid at the appropriate rate.
