Biography
Mary is a graduate from St. Cloud State University with degrees in Community Health and Physical Education. She then ventured on to graduate school at Indiana State studying Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science. It was at ISU that launched her interests in Campus Recreation. Since then, Mary has supervised fitness and wellness programs for major Universities such as Marquette University, University of Northern Colorado, and the University of Miami- Go Canes! She has presented on the national level for the last ten years, and is about ready to get her first book published. Mary and her husband Frank have a wonderful little girl named Carleigh.
