Biography

Paul Rutledge is an Associate Professor of Political Science who has taught courses on American politics and public policy since 2009. His research interests focus on the American presidency and agenda setting. He earned his Ph.D. from THE West Virginia University in 2009 and was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He is the most passionate Pittsburgh Pirates fan you will ever meet. In his spare time, he is a youth soccer coach for his 4 children and serves as the Recreation Director for the Villa Rica Soccer Association.
