    Successfully redesigned strategic corporate and foundation fundraising for the college to include donor relations, community relationships and annual fund giving. Increased donor giving 22% through major gift solicitation.
    Provided expertise to the major gift growth through cultivation and assessing prospects’ interests. Managed a portfolio of major corporate donors. Successfully delivered unique partnerships with the community, corporations and donors to work with and support the college.
    Designed a Corporate Partner program, including a brochure that introduced purpose, giving levels and recognition as well as creation of a website for recognition of corporate donors.
    Chaired the committee to select and implement new development donor software management system. Successful in securing $100,000 grant for initiative. Chaired the team through implementation and delivery of software system. Instituted effective change throughout the advancement services department in support of the advancement division.
    Guided fundraising and donor stewardship with the Athletics department to successfully build donor loyalty and increase donor giving to programs. Successfully delivered corporate and individual sponsors in conjunction with Alumni Relations for scholarship fundraising through existing corporate relations and community building.
    Chaired Special Event Committee for presidential inauguration. Liaised on a weekly basis with committee for the purpose of creating three unique events for the occasion, welcoming more than 500 guests to the college.

    Provided resource development for 36 programs. Provided project management for strategic marketing, public, and media relations activities of the agency. Dramatically increased community and donor awareness of the needs of the agency locally and nationally. Authored all press releases and agency articles, represented the agency to all forms of media as well as designed and compiled information for annual report for donors and board members. Authored a quarterly newsletter for donors and community leaders, circulation 13,000. Supervised the Volunteer, Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Senior Medicare Program, consisting of more than 1300 volunteers and authored the $85,000 grant to secure funding. Developed a synchronized donor base which was used to conduct highly successful annual appeals, planned giving program and event sponsorships. Increased annual giving by 121% for 32 individual programs. Designed and executed the Development Strategic Annual Plan which included comprehensive changes in operations and reporting structures of the Development Department. This change resulted in increased productivity and effectiveness of the department as a primary resource for the agency and its programs. Worked collaboratively with the Board of Directors in fundraising, marketing and awareness campaigns as well as special events. Reinvented three major events into one premier social event resulting in the gross income doubling from the previous year.
