Biofeedback “coaching” at the SDC offers an opportunity for you to learn how to better manage the physiological effects of stress and anxiety. Using a sophisticated computer program and non-invasive instruments, you can see and hear how your muscles, breathing, body temperature, heart and blood volume react to stress. Using a variety of techniques and with practice, you can learn to better control how you respond to stress-creating situations and anxiety. You can use biofeedback coaching to help with:

 • General anxiety
 • Test anxiety
