If you have a complaint against a UWG student for sexual harassment, sex discrimination, or sexual assault, you should contact the Interim Student Conduct Administrator. The Interim Student Conduct Administrator is responsible for Title IX compliance for matters involving students, including training, education, communication, and administration of the grievance procedure for all complaints against UWG students.

If you have a complaint against a UWG faculty or staff member or visitor for sexual harassment, sex discrimination, or sexual assault, you should contact the office of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for Title IX compliance for matters involving faculty and staff, including training, education, communication, and administration of the grievance procedure for all complaints against faculty, staff and visitors, including those complaints filed by students.

Gender Equity in Athletics
If you have a complaint about gender equity in UWG athletics programs, you should contact the Athletics Compliance Officer, who is responsible for Title IX Compliance in matters related to gender equity in UWG athletics programs.

Complaints against UWG Students and Employees in Athletics
If you have a complaint against a UWG student, coach or administrator for sexual harassment, sex discrimination, or sexual assault, you should contact the appropriate office listed above. You may contact the Athletics Compliance Officer if you need assistance in connecting you with the appropriate office.
