UWG|Online Training: Dedicated/Departmental Training

• The Undergraduate Admissions Office will have limited staffing all day Thursday, August 7 and Friday, August 8 from 1-5 p.m. due to a Staff Retreat off-campus. We have made preparation to communicate the possibility of a slight delay in responding to student communications and will not have scheduled campus tours; however, we will have availability for walk-in campus tours if requested. Thank you for your support as we have this opportunity to engage as a team and prepare for the upcoming recruitment year.

• If you or an organization that you are involved in would like to participate in Unpack the Pack on Saturday, August 23, please sign-up here.

• It’s that time again – time to post your Student Assistant (SA) and Federal Work Study (FWS) positions for the fall. Students are already starting to contact us to find out which opportunities are available so don’t miss out on identifying your student talent early.

Begin reaching new and returning students using our online system, WolfWorks, by completing the position description form found on our website, and return it to Mary Beth Phillips.

Reminders: To request funds or find out if you have been approved for FWS funds, please contact the office of Financial Aid. Beginning August 25, student employees (SA, FWSP, SRAP) may not work more than 20 hours per week.

We look forward to assisting you with filling your student employment needs and if you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
