Announcements:

As many of you know, University Communications and Marketing has spent the past year reorganizing, including the move of part of our staff to an adjacent building. Our main goals were to align according to core competencies and provide depth of knowledge and skills within those competencies. We also wanted to streamline communications and make it as easy as possible for you to connect with the right person in UCM.

We’re excited to announce that this process is essentially finished. Going forward, please contact the following individuals according to your needs. They will assign your projects within their staffs and will bring in other members of the UCM team as required to best support you.

For design services, logo usage, the visual identity guidelines or other related services, please contact April Saunders, Director of Creative Services. Requests for brochures, designs, etc. should include a completed design request form.

For photo and video needs, please email a completed photo/video request form, to Steven Broome, Associate Director of Visual Services.

For all other needs, including story coverage, media and press requests, etc, please contact Elizabeth Stone, Assistant Director of Communications. All requests for story coverage or press releases should include a completed media request form.

Thank you all for your patience during our reorganization. We look forward to helping you tell amazing stories about your department and our university.
