With less than a month left before the inaugural Wolves’ Kickoff Classic, West Georgia Senior Associate Athletic Director Eddie Duffey announced Thursday the addition of ARAMARK as the title sponsor for the event.
“We are very happy that we were able to join with a partner of this magnitude in our first year,” Duffey said. “We have a longstanding relationship with ARAMARK and the dedication they have shown through the years to our student-athletes and their success both on and off the field has been tremendous.”
The four-man scramble is set to take place on Monday, July 26 at the Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club in Carrollton, GA. Registration will begin at 8 a.m., with the shotgun start scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. The cost to play in the tournament is $100 per person and $350 for a foursome. The cost includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, lunch and a chance to win various prizes.
Registration is currently open online and participants who register by Friday, July 2 will receive two free mulligans and free entrance into the competition whole of their choice. To access online registration, visit www.uwgsports.com and follow the ARAMARK Wolves’ Kickoff Classic ads on the page.
Participants can enter for a chance to win $10,000 towards a car from Buster Miles Chevrolet as well as every participant will be entered into a drawing for a chance at the Million Dollar Shot, where one player will be selected to take a shot for the biggest prize in West Georgia event history.
Additional prizes will be on the board at the event, including a Stainless Steel Rolex and premium golf equipment, among others.
