University Stadium to Make TV Debut

The 2009 season will be full of firsts in University Stadium and Thursday night will be no different as the West Georgia Wolves host Arkansas-Monticello in the GSC-TV Live Game of the Week. The game will be the first televised game in the short history of University Stadium and will be a chance for West Georgia to show off one of the top facilities in the nation in primetime.

For Wolves fans who can’t make it to the stadium, the game can be heard online at uwgsports.com and on KISS 102.7 with Sports Broadcaster Mitch Gray announcing the play by play and Andy Micacchione offering real time game analysis. Fans can also watch the game live on CSS GSC-TV Live.

Following the Thursday evening contest, the Wolves will have eight days off before returning to the road on October 17 to take on the Arkansas Tech Wonderboys in Russellville, Ark.
