The Richards College of Business has an award winning study abroad program that has been recognized as one of the top three international programs in Georgia.
In today’s global economy and highly competitive job market, studying abroad is an important component of business education where students can expand their communication and analytical skills while learning flexibility and teamwork.
Throughout the year, UWG students have opportunities to travel abroad for their global education.
During spring break, students may travel to Japan or China. Itineraries include visits to international businesses in four to five cities, interactions with business executives and listening to guest lectures.
During the summer semester, students may choose from a marketing and management studies trip to London or a 10-day economics and finance trip to the European Union.
The London itinerary includes visits to international business firms including the Bank of England, Harrods and Lloyds of London.
The European Union trip includes traveling to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium.
