New arrangements for the event include setting up the Technology-enhanced Learning Center for extra viewing space and issuing six tickets for each graduating student.

The overflow accommodations for family and friends without a ticket will be set up in the TLC with a simulcast of the ceremony in three lecture halls. The three halls have a total of 526 seats.
