Artist Brings Sculpture to UWG

Allen Peterson, a sculpture professor at the Savannah College of
Art and Design in Atlanta, has taught at institutions around the country
including universities in Alabama, Kansas, Michigan and Arkansas
Peterson has also been exhibited extensively in the southeast at universities, museums and galleries and in states that include New York, California, Minnesota, New Mexico, New Jersey and Illinois
Spanning the disciplines of sculpture, performance, printmaking and public art, Peterson unites themes of systems and interconnections at play all around us. His works are exhibited in many venues, including the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Savannah College of Art and Design and with collectors
