Along with school, work and an internship at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, UWG senior Charmaine Ross is spending her summer starting up her own electronics company.
All summer Charmaine has been putting together a business plan for Mere Electronics, which she hopes to have up and running by August 2011. Despite opposition from naysayers, she is determined to make a name for herself and create a business that will allow her to finish school and still bring in a supplemental income.
Charmaine is not a business major, but strongly believes that “anyone can start a business. You just have to have an idea and not be afraid to share it with the world.”
