The Counseling & Career Development Center at the University of West Georgia is excited about two events this week in support of Mental Health Awareness.

Put the Squeeze on Stress to Maximize Your Success*
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10
Students can make stress balls in front of the UCC as a way to alleviate stress and anxiety
*Event held in conjunction with Ability Wednesdays sponsored by Disability Services

National Depression Screening Day
All day, Thursday, Oct. 11
(students, faculty and staff encouraged to take anonymous online screening on this date)
