The College of Arts and Humanities and the Burson Center present “Inspired People Bring Creativity to Work,” on Tuesday, May 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Burson Center. This free event offers a two-hour business development workshop where faculty and students will have the opportunity to stimulate innovation and foster creative collaboration, using the arts. The event is open to the public.
Keynote speaker Emily Peck is director of Private Sector Initiatives for American for the Arts. Peck will use her career experiences to discuss the importance of businesses building relationships with local arts to enhance a business.
The event will also include a roundtable panel of Americans for the Arts staff, local business leaders and UWG faculty.
