Celebrate Valentine’s Day with The Perfect Gentlemen on Saturday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the Townsend Center for the Performing Arts.
The Perfect Gentlemen are a fabulous blend of harmony and humor harkening back to the days of Vaudeville, the Ink Spots and the Pied Pipers. Not only will these chaps get your toes to tap, they will draw you into all kinds of mischief and merrymaking.
Comedy and song highlight their show including their signature piece, “Salute to the 20th Century,” a hilarious take on the de-evolution of music over the last century. The Perfect Gentlemen captured the title of “Best A Cappella Vocal Group” at the National Harmony Sweepstakes and have toured and performed all over the world.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $9 for seniors and $5 for children. The Townsend Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and one hour before show times.
Go to http://www.townsendcenter.org for information on the 2009-2010 season, educational outreach programs at the TCPA and directions to the theatre.
The Valentine’s Day celebration is sponsored by Dr. Chester and Mrs. Faye Gibson of Carrollton.
