Application Fees and Deposits
Application Fee
An application fee of $40 is required for all students applying for the first time. This should be submitted with the official application. It is non-refundable.
Housing Application Fee
A $150 non-refundable application fee is currently required to be remitted with the residence hall contract to serve as a reservation deposit.
Lost Residence Hall Keys
Should a key be lost or stolen, the compromised lock must be changed at a cost of $40 for the traditional halls and Tyus, $95 for University Suites, and $145 for a four bedroom and $95 for a two bedroom at Arbor View. Keys must be returned to the Residence Life staff when the student checks out of his or her residence hall. Duplication or possession of unauthorized keys by a student is prohibited.
