THE HOPE Accel Program
Funded by State appropriations and administered by the Georgia Student Finance Commission. Accel pays for up to 100% of tuition. Courses pursued by students in the Accel Program must come from the approved course directory available at www.gacollege411.org. Beginning with Fall 2011, the hours for which Accel payment is received were not included in the HOPE Combined Paid-Hours limit. Georgia residency and U.S. citizenship are required eligibility for the Accel Program. Complete Accel Program Regulations and eligibility rules can be found at www.gacollege411.org.
