NURS 2101 Pathophysiology and Pharmacology I 3/0/3
This course is first in a sequence that builds on biophysical concepts from foundational sciences and introduces pathophysiological changes and the pharmacotherapeutics pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacogenetics/genomics associated with illness and disease across the human lifespan. Within a quality caring framework, the relationship of these changes and pharmacotherapeutics are emphasized in the delivery of safe and person-centered care.
