Back by popular demand, UREC is offering UWG’s BIGGEST LOSER challenge. This 6-week challenge is designed to motivate those individuals who are struggling to lose weight and get fit. We provide a safe and non-competitive atmosphere to allow members to feel comfortable working

Participants will have specialized meetings with personal trainers on designated days each week. Schedule is flexible to meet the needs of most individuals, offering morning, lunchtime and evening sessions.  Student Cost:  $40 Faculty/Staff: $50

Level II

Designed for the intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiast who wants to get lean and ripped. Exercise sessions consist of high intensity training and explosive powerful workouts to take your body to the next level.

Fitness experienced is required.
