Application Procedure

BECOME A MEMBER OF THE RECPACK!

 1. Recruitment Session
    a. Attend one our recruitment sessions.
    b. It is required that students arrive on time.
    c. Each recruitment session will last 45 minutes or less.

 2. Submit Application
    a. You will receive an application at the conclusion of the recruitment session.
    b. Applications must be turned in to the UREC Administrative office
    (room 202) by 5:00 p.m. on the following Thursday.
    c. You must attach a resume to your application to be considered.

 3. Application Screening
    a. Applicants who receive an interview will be notified the Friday following Recruitment.
    b. Not all applicants will receive a first round interview.

 4. Interviews
    a. First round interviews will be held on the Monday following Recruitment in the Campus Center and
    conducted by current RecPack team members.
    b. RecPack candidates should dress for success by coming to the interview in business attire.
    c. If you are selected for a second interview, it will take place on the Tuesday or Wednesday
    following Recruitment.

 5. Hiring
    a. Area Managers will contact individuals selected for hiring within 48 hours of the second round
    interview to schedule payroll, orientation and area   specific training.
    b. Once hired, you must provide Human Resources with your driver’s license and one of the
    following: original Social Security card, certified birth certificate or current passport.
