Fitness on the Go is a mobile group of fitness instructors and trainers that bring you a series of fitness and wellness workshops and classes to UWG offices, residence halls and Greek life. The programs and classes can be customized to your department’s needs as either an active session or a lecturestyle session. Currently, we offer:
