Group Exercise Classes

University Recreation offers a comprehensive group exercise schedule that includes a variety of classes and formats .  All instructors are current UREC student employees.  Take a variety of classes, including Zumba, Boot Camp, Spinning, Yoga, Core Restore, Body Sculpt, Jump, and many more.  Classes are free to current UWG students and Campus Center members.
