Wolf 90x


 UWG’s WOLF90X program is designed for individuals who are currently active and want to take their bodies to the next level. The workouts consist of high intensity and high impact movements that test your body’s limitations. If you are not currently on a consistent workout schedule, we encourage you to exercise 3 days a week for at least 3 months before joining WOLF90X.

WOLF90X will push your body to burn fat and build muscle!

  • Targeted training for lean muscle development and a supercharged metabolism

Each session is approximately 90 minutes in length, and requires full dedication from all participants. We know you have busy schedules and may need to miss a day or two. We recommend that you attend as many scheduled workouts to get maximum results. The WOLF90X program is a commitment that requires dedication and presence. In order to get the BEST results from this program, attend as many days per week as possible.  Bring towel and water bottle, and be prepared to sweat!
