UWG Parking Permit
Each retiree may obtain a courtesy “G” parking hanger tag allowing him/her to park in any student or faculty parking area (white and green curbs) on campus. A letter with instructions to obtain the hanging tag will be sent out from the Vice President for University Advancement’s Office each year prior to the beginning of a new academic year.
UWG Gate Card
Retired Faculty and Staff are eligible to receive one gate card to gain entrance to the University’s gated parking lots. Contact the Parking Services of Public Safety.
UWG Campus Center Membership
UWG Retirees are eligible to purchase a membership to utilize all the facilities of the new Campus Center. The Center offers an indoor track, cardiovascular machines and weights in the fitness center, aerobics rooms, basketball courts and a climbing wall.
Retirees will need to show their retired faculty/staff ID to purchase the membership. Memberships may be purchased by the semester and/or monthly for the months of May, June and July. The month of August is always a free month and provides an excellent opportunity to use the facility before deciding to join.

Ingram Library Usage
Finally, time to read whatever and whenever you want! Don't forget--you may
still check out books from the Ingram Library. All that you need is a valid
UWG ID or a Guest Borrower ID. Apply for the Guest Borrower ID at the
Library's Circulation Desk. To read more about your borrowing privileges, go to
the Library's Website. Click on Borrowing
Materials, located under Services, and then click on Borrowing Privileges. For

Current Faculty and Staff Directory
A copy of the current academic year’s Faculty and Staff Directory will be mailed each Fall to every retiree as a convenience to reach various offices or personnel on campus.
UWG Bookstore
Retirees may obtain a 20% discount on any of their in-store purchases by showing
their Faculty/Staff Retiree ID card to the cashier at the checkout.
