Do you long to fill your emptiness? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do you want to be loved unconditionally?
Unfortunately, we try hard to fill the void with all sorts of temporary things. Jesus Christ offers an out-of-this- world love that no human can give, a feeling of happiness no drugs or alcohol can give, and a peace no meditation can give. Jesus Christ is the only one who offers an eternal solution to our problems. Christians believe the Holy Bible describes a relationship with God through Jesus Christ as the only way to truly have peace and hope in one’s life. The most important decision you will ever make is to believe in Jesus Christ today. If this sounds interesting or you desire to have a relationship with a God of unfailing, undying love then continue reading.
The Basis of the Christian faith begins with an initiating God who desires a relationship with us. All religions have gods. Some religions even want to make us out to be god. The truth is there is a God and it isn’t us! The Holy Bible is the story of the One True God who both created us and desires to have an eternal connection with us. The Holy Bible reveals God’s great love pursuit of all peoples from the very beginning with Adam and Eve, throughout history and even until today. The climax of the Bible is the story of His only son Jesus Christ found in the New Testament Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. If you have never read the Bible then take time today to read it for yourself. (Bible in Several Languages & Audio Version of Bible) Do not rely on what you have heard or think about the Bible.
There is a problem! God and man are separated by what the Holy Bible calls sin. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Sin can be described as any action, thought or deed that separates a person from a Holy and pure God. A Holy and Pure God can’t have anything to do with sin. Even at our very best we are sinners. We can try as hard as we can to clean up ours lives, to do good things but nothing of our doing is enough for us to be connected with God. We simply fall short. God in His great initiating love realized our condition.
Our condition according to Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life to those who believe. We deserve death. But God loves us and has a wonderful plan that allows us to be able to be connected with Him. This is where Jesus comes into the picture. John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
The Gift came to us in the form of a baby named Jesus who grew up to do for us what no other person in history has or will ever do. Jesus lived a holy and perfect life while on earth. Then he made the ultimate sacrifice by giving that same life as a sacrifice for all the sins of the world by dying on a cruel Cross.
He made The Bridge that allows us to connect to God. He is the way, the truth and the life according to . Through Jesus we have access to the Loving Father. There are many roads and paths for us to pick. However, all paths do not lead to the same destination. Jesus Christ is the only path to God! A bridge or path is only beneficial to us if we choose to use it. Many people realize there is a God. Some even realize their position as a sinner. However, it is the steps of faith that make the difference. We must choose to walk across the bridge.
The Choice is left to each individual. Romans 12:9-10 says. You can choose the Truth or choose to continue in the direction you are walking. Be assured only the Bridge made when Christ laid down His Life will get you to God the Father. He is waiting with His arms open wide. He loves you and wants to have a personal connection with you. It is your choice as to whether you will walk across the bridge and accept that great love.
Why don’t you give your life to Christ today? Join those of us who already have the great peace and hope that comes through our relationship to Christ. Join the family of God. Cease striving! You can never do it on your own.
