This instrument measures subordinates’ perceptions of their superior’s leadership style across five behavior dimensions that are known to create a positive or negative supervisory climate. The five dimensions are: human relations, trust, control, conflict, and instructional leadership. The instrument has an overall reliability of + .86 as measured by the Cronbach alpha.

I do provide scoring services for all surveys. The cost for scoring and analysis of the data, and a profile of strengths and weaknesses for each dimension of any of the surveys is $300.00. I will provide pre- and post-data comparisons based on the implementation of a supervisory climate improvement plan.
