Daily Report to Ease E-mail Mass

Are you frustrated with numerous All-Faculty, All-Staff e-mails received throughout the day? UCM would like to reduce those by offering the “UWG Daily Report.”

The Daily Report will be issued every morning at 9:30.

If you have an announcement for the campus, please send it by fax to ext. 96645 or e-mail to Julie Lineback at jlinebac@westga.edu by 8:30 a.m. each  day.  She will organize the messages for easy reading and send just one  All-Faculty, All-Staff e-mail no later than 9:30 a.m. daily.  There would be occasional exceptions if emergency information needs to be communicated.

Many universities provide a similar daily report so we hope this will be a useful service to you. Your cooperation will make this an effective  communication tool for our campus.
