Spring commencement will be an all day affair on Saturday, May 10.

Graduates will receive tickets to give to their guests.

Due to limited seating capacity in the gym, guest tickets will be mailed to all students who have indicated to the Registrar’s Office that they intend to march in their ceremony.

Guests without tickets will be directed to the Technology-enhanced Learning Center next door to the Campus Center to observe the ceremony via simulcast.  Tickets will be color-coded and have a specific ceremony number associated with them.

The varying numbers of graduates in each ceremony has determined the number of guest tickets available.  For the 9 a.m. ceremony, students will receive 11 guest tickets; for the noon ceremony, students will receive 12 tickets each; for the 3 p.m. ceremony, students will receive 14 tickets; and for the 6 p.m. ceremony, students will receive 8 tickets each.  Please encourage students to share tickets they do not intend to use with their fellow students within the same ceremony.
