My job title:  Skilled Craftsperson

What I really do: Special events, special projects and weekend maintenance.

Birthplace: Draketown, GA.

My proudest accomplishment: Marrying my lovely wife.

My passion: Stone tool technology.  Anything made from a rock.

My pet peeve: People who think too highly of themselves.

Before UWG, I: was an outdoor power equipment technician.

I joined UWG because:  Benefits.

I stay because:  I enjoy my job.

One thing I would change about UWG: Eliminate the “red tape”.

The best advice I ever received: Do the job right the first time.

The best advice I’d give to new faculty and staff: Remember the students are the reason we are here.

When I was a child, I wanted to be: Aircraft Mechanic.

Most people don't know that: I am a FAA certified Airframe/Power plant Mechanic.

The person (alive or dead) I’d most like to meet:  Dr. Bruce Bradley.

What I would most like to have if castaway on an island:  Lots of flint.  I can make anything from fire to a fish hook with flint.

What I would do if I won the lottery:  My wife would quit work.

What I most want to contribute to students: To be the best at whatever they do.
