Faculty Member of the Colleen Vasconcellos is faculty of the year.Year

Kudos to Dr. Colleen Vasconcellos, visiting professor of history. She received the Faculty of the Year Award from the EXCEL Center at the General Faculty Meeting. Cheryl Rice, director of the center, presented the award. The award is based in part on student comments and on the work a faculty member does with First Year students at the center. Students said that “She is great and hilarious; she makes history incredibly interesting; and that she ‘kicks ass.’”
