Event of Note

The Department of Art and the University of West Georgia will host a dedication of the Bruce Bobick Gallery on Friday, Feb. 6, at 5 p.m. in the Humanities Building. The Professor Emeritus of Art will be honored for 29 years of teaching at UWG and will also exhibit the first Bobick Gallery show with his own show titled, “Listening to Mussorgsky’s ‘Pictures at an Exhibiton,’” February 2 -9. The Bobick Gallery hours are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 678-839-6521.
