West Georgia VoicesTo the UWG Community:
As I reacquaint myself with the work in the VPAA's office, I am excited about the activities and changes that are taking place on campus and the direction set out in the new strategic plan. It looks to be a busy year with many challenges and opportunities. I am looking forward to working with all of you, and despite current budget constraints, I am confident that by working together, we can accomplish many meaningful goals during the year. I want to thank Dr. Sethna for providing me the opportunity to return to the University of West Georgia to serve as the acting vice president of Academic Affairs in Dr. Hynes' absence. I am happy to be back on campus and I am enjoying reconnecting with everyone I know as well as meeting new people who have come to West Georgia since I have been away.
