Dr. David Jenks, the interim chairman of the Department of Criminology, traveled to Buenos Aires this summer for an invitation-only conference of the International Police Executive Symposium (IPES), a meeting of law enforcement officers and scholars.

Dr. David Jenks, the interim chairman of the Department of Criminology, traveled to Buenos Aires this summer for an invitation-only conference of the International Police Executive Symposium (IPES), a meeting of law enforcement officers and scholars.

While there, Jenks took some time to see bits of the international city. This photo is of the Port of Buenos Aires. “This area is one of the wealthiest in the city and is recognized internationally as a must-see when visiting. The world class restaurants and shops cater to a diverse tourist population,” Jenks said.
